Peel and stick laminate on 30+ year old wood

I installed sound and heat insulation in the entire floor of the Jeep, then covered it with lino for durability.
Vinyl attached with glue.

Initially 15mm ply, but later replaced with 9mm. Original weight was too high. Vinyl floor tiles. Easy to lay and easy to clean.

Tarkett T-Lock Laminate Flooring
Aluminized styrofoam; 2 sheets required. Home depot vinyl roll $50, oem plywood underneath (not fastened to anything), rivet holes in floor epoxied and caulked, fuel lift pump access door. Details in YouTube video below.

Vinyl over underlayment
Sound deadening material, then vinyl over polyiso board and insulating foam. We chose step trims and carpet trim to finish.
Sealed with resin/fiberglass. Then 20mm extruded polystyrene foam boards.
The floors have 3/4" hard foam insulation and a 1/2" plywood sub-floor. The sub-floor was screwed into the chassis with 1.5" stainless steel lag screws, which were counter sunk into the wood. Then a layer of wood filler and one foot square vinyl tiles.
Vinyl planks glued on.
Solid oak flooring. its heavy and expensive but total luxury!
